OUR STORY
Bennie Adam begins with a father, a mother and all of their children sharing one dream. To bring joy and happiness to others through our delicious ice cream! As a family, we all loved indulging in ice cream. Food has been a big part of our family for as long as we can remember, it truly brings us all together and brings us all so much happiness!
Our eldest son, Hassan, is a qualified chef with years of experience and has worked in one of melbourne’s top rated restaurants. One of his fondest past times was experimenting with ice cream, wanting to create the perfect recipe. This was a hobby that we all reaped the benefits of and soon after, we were completely hooked!
Realising Hassan’s passion for ice cream making was truly creating something special, we took a leap of faith! Trusting fully in our son’s talents, we decided to take the plunge and open our very own store for others to try this beautiful ice cream. Soon enough, our one store turned to two stores and we plan to continue expanding as far as our hearts can reach!
Hassan has created 36 wonderful flavours, making his awe-inspiring ice cream every day and never tiring of experimenting with new flavours! We invite you to join us and try for yourself at one of our stores!

At Bennie Adam we don’t aim to sell you a product, but rather to share with you an experience. We believe that with the right flavours, you can hit pause on the clock for a moment and truly feel joy and happiness over the little things in life. Like licking a frickin’ good ice cream!
