How do I store my cake?

Store your ice cream cake in your freezer, once you’re ready to serve we recommend leaving it in the fridge to temper for about 30-40 minutes (depending on how cold your fridge is).

Otherwise you can leave your cake to temper on the bench top for roughly 15-25 minutes.

Run a knife under hot water, dry it off then slice into your cake for easy slicing and clean slices.

How do I store my cake?

Store your ice cream cake in your freezer, once you’re ready to serve we recommend leaving it in the fridge to temper for about 30-40 minutes.

Otherwise you can leave your cake to temper on the bench top for roughly 15-25 minutes. 

How far can I drive after picking up my cake?

No longer than 30 minutes to be safe. However, if you have a long journey ahead of you please notify us in advance by adding a note to your cake order, emailing us or send us a message through our socials and we can easily blast freeze your cake for you before your arrival to get it as cold as possible so it lasts longer on your journey. 

Am I able to buy a cake for today?

We normally require 2 days notice but we understand things can happen last minute!

We offer priority orders which require 8 hours notice and can be ready within the same day. 

We also offer a express option and your cake will be ready the next day! 

Do you have gluten free, nut free or lactose free options?

Yes, we have these options available, we also make custom cakes with your chosen base, ice creams and toppings.

Am I able to build my own cake? 

Yes, we offer custom cakes. You will be able to choose all the flavours, base and toppings.

Please contact us if this is something you want!

How long can I store my cake? 

You can store your cake in the freezer for up to two months. They’ll still be delicious by then, but just not as fresh.

We recommend devouring instantly.
